Preparation time: 30 minutes + 20/25 minutes bakingtime in the oven
Ingredients:
300 g white flour
1 sachet cake yeast
1 pinch of salt
120 g butter or margarine
60 g sugar
2 whole eggs
150 ml milk
Filling:
100 g chocolate praline drops or
100 g blueberries or
100 g walnuts or other nuts
Method:
Heat the milk and pour into a bowl. Add the eggs, the sugar, the melted butter and mix quickly with a wooden spoon or whisk.
Fold in the flour and the sale. Then add the yeast and filling (chocolate etc.). Mix until slightly sticky.
Add a spoonful of this mixture into each petal of the “m’ama non m’ama” mould, taking care not to touch the edges.
Bake in a hot oven at 170/180°C for about 20/25 minutes.
