Return Policy

- All the forms that accompany it, such as the instructions for use, must be returned as well.
- The guarantee must also be returned.That means that you must not have used it.

This control is not mandatory and its non-performance does not limit your rights. For the best and fastest service, it is better to send along with the goods you return, the receipts and retail sales.
Return of Goods
In case you wish the return of the goods you ordered you must fill in the contact form which is in our online store and send it to us via e-mail.
Return Settlement Methods
If you decide to return the merchandise, you can choose how to arrange the return. The possibilities given to you by our online store are the following:
