Shipping methods
Realshop.gr gives you the opportunity to send your order through various ways.
The products of Realshop.gr are sent to the customer through a transport agency or through the ELTA courier (DOOR to DOOR service), while there is the possibility to receive your products straight from our company.
DELIVERY WITH COURIER COMPANY
If the order does not include a product that exceeds ten (10) kilos in volume, then your order is sent to your door with the DOOR to DOOR service of ELTA courier.
Order tracking: You can track the progress of your order in Elta Courier Tracking: https://www.elta-courier.gr/search (by entering the shipment-voucher number you have received via e-mail).
Please check the "Spam" file, in case you have not received the order confirmation email, or contact the Customer Service Department at: 210-2477472.
DELIVERY BY TRANSPORT AGENCY
If your order includes at least one product that weighs more than 10 kg, then your order is sent only with a cooperating transport agency.
- Any order sent by a transport agency, is delivered at the entrance (sidewalk) of the address you stated (this applies to the capitals of the counties).
- If your address is outside the capital (ie village, town) then you should go to the transport agency to pick up your order yourself, but in case you want to be delivered to your address then you should contact the agency and you will be charged the additional transport costs (after consultation with the transport agency).
RECEIPT FROM OUR COMPANY
If you wish to pick up your order yourself, all you have to do is place the products you want in your cart and when you complete the order, state that you wish to pick up your order from our company warehouse (37 Ortansias, Acharnes). In this case you will not be charged any shipping costs.
