Semifreddo cream recipe

Συνταγή για κρέμα semifreddo

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serves 6
135g of cream
80g of egg yolk
100g of sugar
40g of water
165g of warm melted dark chocolate

Decoration:
strawberry, strawberry coulis
lime peel, custard
chocolate curls or grated chocolate

Method:
Place a pan with water and sugar on the hob and bring to a boil. Allow the liquid to simmer for 1 minute (without the lid)Whisk the egg yolks together with some of the syrup. When it is light and fluffy, add the warm melted chocolate. Whisk the cream and gently fold into the egg mixture, from the bottom upwards. Pour the mixture into the molds and freeze for 8-10 hours.
Garnish:
remove the semifreddo from the molds and put onto a plated and fill the wells with custard. Decorate with chocolate curls, strawberries, lime peel, and strawberry coulis.
