PARFAIT WITH AMARETTI BISCUITS
INGREDIENTS
170 gr fresh cream
35 gr yolks
25 gr sugar
30 gr dark chocolate
15 amaretti biscuits
PREPARATION
Beat the yolks with the sugar and let them thicken in a bain marie while beating, possibly with an electric whisk.
Let it cool down, stirring gently from time to time.
Add the whipped cream, crush the amaretti biscuits and incorporate.
Finally add also the dark chocolate chopped in pieces.
Pour into the moulds insert the stick and smooth with a spatula, place in the freezer for 5 hours.
Take out of the mould and decorate as preferred.
