Ingredients (for 1 person)
60 g flour
20 g starch flour
50 g sugar
40 g butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of vanilla
Also: strawberries, strawberry sauce
1- Beat the egg with the sugar until frothy.
2- Still beating, add the melted and cooled butter. Flavour with the vanilla and add the flour, sifted together with the starch flour, baking powder and salt, to the mixture.
3- Pour the mixture into the greased mould (if it is in silicone, there is no need to grease) and bake in the oven at 180° for 26/28 minutes.
4- When the cake is cooked, remove from the oven, wait for 5 minutes and then turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
5- Decorate the cake with half a strawberry and the strawberry sauce.
