Lenten chocolate cookies

Συνταγή για νηστίσιμα μπισκότα σοκολάτας

Materials
180gr. vegetable margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1 ½ cup flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 cup crushed cornflakes
¼ cup coconut

 


execution

1. In a bowl beat the hand margarine with sugar.
2. Add the cocoa and stir until the mixture you become homogeneous.
3. Pour the flour little by little, stirring gently.
4. Add the coconut and corn flakes.
5. In a baking dish OP-OP or on a baking mat TAPETTINO, put a spoonful mixture, without the stretch.
6. Bake cookies in preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
7. Let cool thoroughly and remove from pan.
