Ricottta-chocolate muffin

Συνταγή για  μαφιν ανθότυρο - σοκολάτα

Preparation time: 25 minutes + 30 minutes of cooking in the oven.
Ingredients for 6 trees:
400 grams of cottage cheese
50 grams of sugar
25 g flour 00
2 chicken eggs happy
40 grams of chocolate chips
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt

preparation:
Put the ricotta in a colander, let it rest 20 minutes, so the cheese stays drier.
Break eggs, separate yolks from the whites by putting them into two different bowls.
Assemble 10 minutes the yolks with the caster sugar with a whisk or electric, add the ricotta and flour, mix well. To avoid forming lumps pass the ricotta through a sieve.
Add the chocolate and mix with ricotta.
Whisk the egg whites stiff with a pinch of salt, incorporate them into the mixture a little at a time using a whisk or fork.
Heat oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
