How to use them:

1.Clean your hands with soap and water before touching the mask.

2.With noseclip facing up, unfold the mask with both hands and pull the elastic over the ears.

3.Mold the nose strip to conform to the shape of your nose.

4.Cover the mask with your hands and exhale. If any air leaks from the edge of the mask, adjust the mask again until no air leaks.
