Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients (for 6 people):
180 g softened butter
130 g icing sugar
230 g flour
25 g starch flour
30 g cocoa powder
6 tablespoons orange liqueur
Decoration: walnut kernels
1.Cream the softened butter with the icing sugar.
2.Flavour with the grated peel of the orange and the liqueur.
3.Add the egg to the mixture and, beating continuously, add the cocoa powder and the two types of flour, sifted together.
4.Transfer the mixture into a piping bag with large, ridged nozzle and pipe out the biscuits, keeping them separate from each other, onto the special silicone mat.
5.Place half a walnut in the centre and bake in the oven at 185° for 10/12 minutes. When the biscuits are ready, remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack.
