½ package pastry sheets
1 can tuna in oil
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 green onions, chopped
1 egg
1 yogurt, whole fat
1 tbsp caper
zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp dill, chopped
salt
freshly ground pepper
PERFORMANCE
Preheat oven to 180 ˚ C.
In a buttered tart case Pavoni CROSTATA 28cm put leaves crust, cut the excess and place in refrigerator.
Drain tuna and mix with spoon silicone Pavoni COOKY with the remaining ingredients, taking care not to melt the tomatoes.
Pour the mixture in the tart case Pavoni Crostata and bake for about 45 minutes.
