Individual vanilla cakes with filling

Fluffy, juicy, delicious and with a surprise inside, for those who try them!

These very easy cakes filled with jam, are the fastest and easiest recipe there is.

Materials

220 gr. flour g.o.x.
1 & 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1 kg salt
150 gr. crystal Sugar
1 egg
220 gr. milk
1 kg vanilla extract or 2 vanillins
70 ml sunflower oil
jam of your choice (for the filling)
Implementation

Step 1: Prepare the mixture.


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (on the heating elements).

In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Stir lightly. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, vanilla and sunflower oil. To the mixture with the solid materials add the liquids, stirring until the materials are homogenous.

Step 2: Fill the cakes.


Using the pavoni silicone mold, place a tablespoon of the mixture, add a tablespoon of jam and another tablespoon of the mixture.

Step 3: Bake.


Bake for about 15-18 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.

! TIPS!

You can leave them alone or add whatever you can imagine, like hazelnut praline filling.

For a variety of flavors, after filling the cupcake cases, you can add chocolate pieces, raisins or fresh fruit on top.

You can also flavor the mixture with cinnamon or cardamom, add orange or lemon zest and whatever you like.
