Muffin COCOA /COCONUT

Preparation time 30 minutes + 25 minutes baking
ingredients:
250 grams of farina00
130 grams of sugar
200 grams of milk
70 grams of vegetable oil
half a bag of baking powder + a teaspoon of baking soda
1 egg
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
For the heart coconut:
130 g of coconut rapè
130 grams of sugar
1 egg white
1 teaspoon cornstarch
40 g of cream
preparation:
Prepare the heart of coconut mounting the egg white until stiff with sugar, add the remaining ingredients gently and set aside.
Prepare the muffin mix dry ingredients separately and those wet, mixing them together quickly then pour half mixture into the molds,
add a generous teaspoon of filling in the coconut and cover with the rest of the dough muffins,
bake at 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes
