INGREDIENTS:
180gr of flour
150 grams of sugar
80g pistachios
2 eggs
1 plain yogurt
3 tablespoons milk
5 tablespoons neutral oil
1 sachet of baking powder
1 small glass of limoncello
pinch of salt
PREPARATION:
Blanch, peel and make pistachios in a dry pan, chop and add to the
flour.
In a bowl put oil , milk, yogurt and lemon.
Beat the eggs with the combine sugar and alternating
flour and liquid.
Combine the yeast and at the end stir well, and add the pinch
of salt.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
It can strengthen the color with 2 tablespoons of dye liquid, but only if you want
beautiful green trees.
