Spring chocolates

Preparation time : 20 minutes + cool down

Ingredients:
100 g of melted dark chocolate
100 g of melted milk chocolate
100 g of melted white chocolate
walnuts, pine nuts and sultanas


Preparation:
Place 2 teaspoons of melted white chocolate in an oiled paper cone and fill the edge of the flower mould.

Place this in the fridge for 5 minutes, then fill the mould with melted dark chocolate.
Half fill the ladybird moulds with the melted milk chocolate, insert a pine nut or walnut and cover with the remaining milk chocolate.
Fill the rabbit moulds with the dark chocolate.
Half-fill the heart moulds with the white chocolate, insert a walnut or sultana, then fill to the edge with the white chocolate. Place the mould with the chocolate in the fridge for 4-5 hours, or in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Take the chocolates out of the moulds and put them on a plate.
Decoration:
using the remaining white chocolate, design the dots on the ladybird chocolates and then fill the heart-shaped chocolate recesses with the dark chocolate.
