Nice Savarins
SAVARIN 8 PORZ.
Preparation time 15 minuti + 15 minutes baking time in the oven
Ingredients for 6 servings:
Cake mix:
250 g flour
60 g egg yolks
100 g icing sugar
135 g butter
1 teaspoonful of vanilla
4-5 spoonfuls of milk
salt
Method:
Cake mix: beat the butter with the icing sugar and vanilla. Continue mixing and add the yolks, flour, milk and a pinch of salt. Transfer the mixture into an icing bag with a 0 – 0.5 cm tip and fill the doughnut the moulds. Place in the oven at 180°C for 12/14 minutes.
Divide the glaze and colours, then use to cover the cold doughnuts. Leave to dry on a rack.
